Good morning, Sue. Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the job Jason and JC did for us last Friday. They were there promptly at 2 (even beating me), went right to work and got the repair done before 3. Before my husband came home from work, my son and I put a big colorful bow above the door, and he was delighted with his present. The door works a million times better and is so quiet. That awful thunk when the door reached the floor has been replaced by a gentle whisper. Life is good, and you guys are great! Next time I definitely know who to call and who to recommend. We were sincerely pleased. You were able to fit us in on Saturday without charging any extra fees. Your repairman was very professional, and had our garage door springs fixed in 30 minutes. It actually works better now then it did before - it now closes all the way, where before we could never get it adjusted correctly. The Doors Done Right installer, J.C., wasn't able to get up to our house until very late morning and I didn't think there was any way he could do two oversize door installs by the end of the day. Not only did he stay late to complete the job, but all the detail work, like the control wiring and keypads were installed extremely cleanly. He was very pleasant, but very focused on the job.
